When you can't control that stressful situation All you can do is turn it over to God. As we send our angst into the ether, where we imagine All-providing Abundance & Joy is, We have controlled ourself. And it feels ever-so much better. Love,

I loved someone saying recently, “Treat a rude person with love and respect. Not because they are nice, But because you are. And, bet you will be surprised how often their nice pops out! Love, Worry. When your mind fills with thoughts, notice how many are “worry” type thoughts. Often the greatest majority are! Turn them over. Ask God to take the negative, the worry. Fill your. Mind with gratitude. You can start anytime. And change your day to better. Most of us want “A” level results. Yet, if we only put out “B” level effort, we will get “B”. As Mike Dooley reminds us, “Prepare for “A”. "You have the best chance of making your “A”. “It's a matter of switching gears, never looking back, and being the person today that you've always dreamed you'd be. "Entertain every thought, say every word, and make every decision from their point of view. Walk the way they would walk, dress the way they would dress, and spend your free time the way they would spend theirs. Choose the friends they would choose, eat the meals they would eat, and love and appreciate yourself the way they would. "After all, that person is who you really are.” - Mike Dooley It’s a lovely reminder to step “outside” of ourself and be who we really are. Enjoy. And love, What is Self-made success? One day, I overheard a question asked our then-teenaged daughter by her friend's mother; “Who taught you to play the piano so beautifully? Having listened to our three children practice each afternoon while I cooked supper, and hearing our daughter play classical pieces, and always feeling so grateful that I had been able to teach each to play, and grateful each had taken on the needed practice, my ears perked up for her answer to this mother’s question. “I taught myself,” was her answer. My ego felt a bit deflated. Yet, indeed, through her practice, she had learned to play. While I believed, encouraged (read that, insisted) on daily practice, and I invested time and energy into weekly sit-down lessons with each child, my awareness shifted to gratitude for being that for her. For without that, she would not have “taught herself.” Invest in others. Be a light-worker. Take the time, energy and effort to do so. Remember The Little Engine that Could? “I think I can; I think I can.” If you think you can then it is possible. If you think you cannot, then you are right. "I think I can. I think I can. I think I can. I know I can.” ― Watty Piper, The Little Engine That Could Crazy things to help your brain be at its best!
